Zumba Classes

Immerse yourself in the world of Latin dancing and fitness training through Zumba. No previous dance experience is required, just you and your body!
The Zumba fitness program incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements with a unique blend of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. This is a beginner-friendly exercise program for people of any fitness level, any background and of any age. Each class is designed to give you a great dynamic workout with high caloric expenditure.
This is achieved by using intermittent training methods focused on improving your body’s cardiorespiratory and muscular fitness over time. All the while, reducing stress and increasing your overall health and well-being. Have fun training with Zumba! And experience the fascinating musical and physical expressions of different cultures in Latin America and more.
Classes are open to all PNW students, faculty and staff.
