Viewing Compensation Statements in SuccessFactors

As of today, all benefits-eligible employees are able to view their Compensation Statements in SuccessFactors. The Compensation Statement provides current annual salary as well as the lump-sum merit amount. Lump-sum merit payments will be reflected on the July 22 pay statement for biweekly and July 31 pay statement for monthly paid employees.

Steps for viewing the Compensation Statement:

• Log into SuccessFactors
• Click on “My Profile”
• Navigate to the “Compensation” section of the profile
• In the Compensation Statements tile, select the blue arrow next to “2026 Merit Plan for PNW” to download the statement
