Free Workshop for Faculty & Staff – Anxiety Toolbox
October 1, 2026 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
The PNW Counseling Center would like to invite faculty and staff to consider participating in our latest emotional well-being workshop: Anxiety Toolbox.
The workshop will be provided to students during the academic year to assist them in learning knowledge and skills in anxiety management.
We are extending the offer to participate in the FREE workshop so that faculty and staff can have some exposure to the type of programming the Counseling Center develops to support students. We also wish to encourage the mental health and wellness of our entire campus community!
The workshop consists of two 1.5-hour sessions dedicated to helping participants:
- Understand anxiety
- Learn methods for slowing down and disentangling the experience of anxiety
- Develop alternative responses to anxiety
