Intramural Baking Contest

Are you ready to see who can bake the best muffins?
Join us for the Intramural Baking Contest! This event is open to all PNW students, faculty and staff.
Dates:
- Entry Deadline: April 21
- Round 1: April 23
- Final Round: April 30
Winning Prizes:
- You will get your recipe in food critic Phil Potempa’s weekly column in the Chicago and Post-Tribune!
- You and a guest will get a behind the scenes tour of the historic Drake Hotel kitchen. Their pastry chef will meet with you to give you some tops and pointers on baking. You will also get to see their over 120-year-old ovens in action
- Complimentary coffee and muffins in their shop, Lavazza Espression.
*Participants may not need to be present for judging (more details provided in the rules). If the finalist cannot attend, we will have you submit answers to judges’ questions.
