PNW Employees, Spouses and Fitness Center Members — $10
Non-members — $30
*Payment accepted in the Fitness Center — ONLY cash or check accepted.

Registration is required for all classes. Register at the Fitness Center desk or call 219-989-2175. Each class size is limited to 15 participants.

Classes in GOLD are scheduled all year long and DO NOT require payment from PNW students, employees or Fitness Center members.

All classes are taught by certified instructors and the schedule is designed to accommodate all fitness levels.

Hammond Class Descriptions

Advanced Abs and Core – A 45-minute, do what you can do abs & core class designed to challenge your mid-section. Multiple sets of different
exercises with rest between sets is the class format. Take your abs & core to another level!
Instructor: John Bobalik

Beginning Abs and Core – An “Abs”olutely fabulous, 30-minute class performing of a variety of exercises designed to provide beginners with a solid
base routine for developing abdominal & core strength.

*Dance Fitness – A blend of cardio exercise combining high-intensity dance moves that incorporates weights and aerobic routines to raise your energy
levels and your heart rate. Get up and move to modern-day hit songs, raise your confidence levels, and become stronger with Dance Fitness.
Instructor: Katie Brown

Extreme Abs and Core – A 60-minute, high-energy, hard driving, fast-pace class designed for avid exercisers and fitness enthusiasts. Multiple sets
of different exercises with minimal rest between sets is the class format. Come test your core strength with master trainer, John Bobalik. Not a class for beginners.

* Zumba® – Dance yourself fit! A great way to get moving and burn extra calories! Set to Latin dance music, get ready to mambo, cha-cha and
merengue! Open to all fitness levels.
