Housing Payment Options
Students applying for Housing have a few options regarding payment.
It can take up to 48 hours for your payment to be reflected on your student account, allowing Housing Staff to view it. We appreciate your patience as we update your Housing Application progression.
1. Financial Aid
Inquire with the Office of Financial Aid by calling their office at (219) 989-2301 or check your Financial Aid status online via myPNW.
2. Online Payments
Online payments are made via myPNW as long as the money is posted to their account.
- Log in to the MyPNW portal.
- On the homepage, open the “Bills and Payments” widget (make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off).
- From the top navigation bar, select “Deposits.”
- To pay your Application Fee, go to “Make a Payment” in the menu bar.
- The Housing Application Fee should appear as an option (allow up to 72 hours for it to show).
- If it doesn’t appear, you can:
- Enter $220 in your deposit total (includes the fee), OR
- Wait and check back later.
- Select a term (click the “Select” button).
- Select “Housing” as the deposit type (click the “Select” button).
- At the bottom of the screen, enter $200.00 and click “Continue.”
- Choose your payment method, enter the information, and (optional) save it for future use.
- Click “Continue” through the confirmation and receipt steps.
Note: It may take up to 48 hours for your payment to appear in your student account so Housing Staff can see it.
