Your Path to Wellness Starts Here.

The Your Path program (formerly Healthy Boiler) is a multi-faceted approach to overall well-being, which provides you an opportunity to earn monetary incentives for HSAs or HRAs.

While the wellness program’s name has changed, everything you’ve come to value in the Healthy Boiler Wellness Program remains unchanged.

2026 Incentive

The Wellness Incentive Program will be back in 2026 as an additional investment in your health and wellness. The 2026 program runs from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2026.

With the addition of the online learning module, we are increasing the 2026 wellness incentive by $150 for both employees and spouses. You can each earn up to $700 total (employee/spouse) or $1,400 total (employee + child or family) for your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) by completing all the incentive steps.

2026 incentives can be earned from January 1 to December 31, 2026, and includes the required annual physical, which must be completed before payment for other objectives will be paid; however, individuals can complete the steps in whatever order they choose. The additional, optional incentive opportunities for 2026 are:

• Completing annual biometrics
• Completing health risk assessment
• Completing dental or vision exam
• Completing anxiety/depression screening
• Completing one annual preventive wellness screening, such as a bone density screening, colonoscopy, etc.
• Completing one annual vaccination, such as a flu shot, shingles vaccine, etc.
• Completing the online learning module

Your Path Wellness Portal

Employees and covered spouses will need to register to access the site.

Please note: employees must register and log in first in order to allow spousal access to the site. Spouses must register separately in order to manage activity and receive the incentives. Benefit-eligible employees who are spouse opt-outs are considered spouses and should register under their spouse.

Your Path Bingo

The Purdue community is committed to overall health and wellness, so we’re giving you one more way to reap the rewards of healthy lifestyle choices. Our Your Path Bingo incentive program will reward you with non-cash prizes, including Purdue swag, when you participate in monthly challenges, attend workshops or complete any of the other activities on our new Your Path Bingo card! All benefits-eligible Purdue University employees are eligible to participate.
