Transcripts

Purdue University provides transcripts free of charge whether requested online or in person.

Monetary holds may prohibit processing of transcript requests. Current students may check myPNW to view any holds on their accounts.

Request Transcripts

Use the online request system to order transcripts directly from the Office of the Registrar at Purdue University. Online requests are processed within one to three business days.

Note: If you are a former student and have not used this system before, you will need to click on the link to register for a new account on the login screen. Current students can login with their career account username and Boiler Key.

Students may request either official (sealed) or unofficial (unsealed) transcripts in person at the PNW Office of the Registrar at either the Hammond campus or Westville campus, regardless of which location they attended.

Transcripts can be emailed, mailed or picked up in person (a valid picture ID is required). Transcripts cannot be released in person to a third party unless the student provides written authorization in advance.

Same-day service is available, but requests cannot be processed if requested 15 minutes before closing time. In this instance and for faxed requests received after that time, transcripts will be available after 10 a.m. the next business day.
