Center for Healthy Living Open House – November 10!
Purdue University Northwest in Partnership with One-to-One Health introduces you to the Purdue University Northwest Center for Healthy Living! Located on the Hammond campus in the Riley Building, across from the Fitness and Recreation Center, the Center for Healthy Living (CHL) will open its doors for patient visits November 14, 2022!
During this initial opening phase, the clinic will serve the following PNW populations:
- Benefits-Eligible Faculty and Staff
- Spouses and Dependents on a Purdue Anthem Plan
- Retirees on a Purdue Anthem Plan
- LTD Former Employees on a Purdue Anthem Plan
Phase-two opening will occur in early 2023 and expand services to PNW students and non-benefits eligible faculty and staff.
The CHL offers a wide range of services to treat common illnesses, manage chronic conditions, provide preventive care and promote overall health. Additionally, the clinic offers comprehensive lab services (preventive screenings and diagnostic testing) via its Tier1 lab.
Health Coaching and an abundance of wellness-education sessions and programs will also be offered at no charge for benefit-eligible employees and covered spouses.
