Whereas, during the 2015-16 academic year the Faculty Affairs Committees of the then Calumet and North Central campuses jointly developed and the respective Faculty Senates of the two campuses adopted promotion and tenure policies and procedures for the new Purdue University Northwest. At that time there were several places in the document where specific references to University-wide policies and wording were indicated, but not included because the final approved documents and wording in West Lafayette were not available, and

Whereas, these references and wording are now available, and

Whereas, it is believed that an undated and unified document best serves the interests of Purdue University Northwest and its faculty going forward, therefore, be it

Resolved, that the attached promotion and tenure policies and procedures document be approved as the unified Purdue University Northwest document.
