The Faculty Affairs Committee recommends that the Senate approve the following resolution:

WHEREAS: PNW faculty reaffirm the notion that timely and consistent feedback is valuable to all university members, including faculty and administrators.

WHEREAS: PNW faculty have voice regarding policies and procedures for faculty evaluation of administrators

Therefore, be it resolved that the faculty at PNW are of the opinion:

The leaders of the Senate and the Senior Leadership Team facilitate the formation of a joint faculty and administrative taskforce to recommend policies and procedures for the faculty evaluation of administrators with the suggested deadlines:

  1. Create the Committee by October, 2017
  2. Establishing policies by January, 2018
  3. Complete first administrative assessment April, 2018
