Whereas:  Continuing challenges resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic have resulted in unexpected or difficult situations for students during the Fall Semester.

Therefore, be it resolved that:  To lessen negative impacts on student academic performance during the continued pandemic in Fall 2020.

• The PNW Faculty Senate calls on the PNW administration to extend the last day to withdraw from courses in the Fall 2020 semester to December 4, 2020.
• The PNW Faculty Senate calls on the PNW administration to extend the last day for students to switch a course in the Fall 2020 semester from a letter grade to P/NP, if the course is currently allowed to be taken P/NP, to Friday, December 4, 2020
