FSD 25-05 Resolution on Establishing an ad-hoc committee to investigate alternatives to Interfolio for Faculty Annual Reviews

Proposed: Resolution to establish ad-hoc committee on FARs

For Discussion: September 12, 2025

Whereas: There are issues and dissatisfaction with the current platform to conduct FARs,

Be it resolved: we shall establish an ad-hoc committee to look into alternate platforms to conduct FARs. We recommend one member of each college, with experience or interest in platforms for completing annual reviews. We also invite a representative from Academic Affairs to serve as an ex-officio non-voting member of the committee. The committee shall report to Faculty Affairs and the senate with a report each semester until the work is complete.
