Resolution to update PNW P&T Policies and Procedures

For Discussion: February 13, 2026

Whereas: There is not a clear policy for Clinical/Professional ranks in the current document;

Whereas: Non-administrative faculty may not currently serve on P&T committees if they are teaching less than 50% due to course releases;

Whereas: There is currently no policy to allow faculty with ADA-accommodations serving on committees to attend P&T meeting remotely;

Whereas: There are minor typographical errors and references to outdated document names in the current document;

Be it resolved: These issues have been addressed and clarified in the revised document.
