CIVS Welcomed Purdue Government Relations Directors

On July 20, CIVS welcomed Anne Hazlett (Senior Director of Government Relations and Public Affairs) and Kendra Leatherman (Director, Government Relations) from Purdue West Lafayette. Joining the visit were Chris Holford (PNW Chancellor), Catharine Olsen (PNW Chancellor’s Chief of Staff) and Matt Wells (PNW Chief Engagement Officer). CIVS staff showcased state-of-the-art technologies including multi-physics modeling, VR and AR, AI, and 3D Digital Twins.

Also highlighted were SMSVC’s unique and effective organizational structures and methodologies, technology roadmap, project impacts and projects funded by federal agencies such as the Department of Energy that have advanced innovation in industrial processes, energy efficiency, and workforce development.
