American Identity Group’s Purdue University Northwest Interns Build AI-Powered Chatbot for Identity Protection Platform

American Identity Group, a leader in identity theft protection and title monitoring solutions, is proud to announce the continued expansion of its partnership with Purdue University Northwest, welcoming a new cohort of technology interns for the 2026 academic year.
Building on the success of last year’s inaugural internship program, this year’s team has been tasked with developing an innovative AI-powered chatbot designed to assist end-users with a range of identity protection needs. The chatbot will be integrated directly into American Identity Group’s ID Command Center platform and is being built to help consumers navigate service questions, identify potential scams and file recovery cases with greater ease and efficiency.
The project is progressing rapidly, with the intern team demonstrating exceptional talent and delivering strong early results. The collaboration once again reflects American Identity Group’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of technology professionals while advancing its mission to protect American consumers from identity theft and fraud.
The collaboration was made possible through the continued support of Daniel Kozlowski, President of DRK Resources Technology, who played a pivotal role in connecting Purdue Northwest with American Identity Group for the second consecutive year.
“We’re incredibly impressed by the talent and drive this year’s intern team has brought to the table,” said Dan Phillips, Chief Technology Officer at American Identity Group. “They’re building something that will genuinely help our customers stay safe from scams and navigate the recovery process—it’s the kind of real-world impact that makes this partnership so rewarding for everyone involved.”
