Financial Aid Census Dates

Eligibility for certain financial aid is based on the number of credit hours you are enrolled and attending/participating in. Financial aid may be adjusted if your enrollment on the census dates differs from the enrollment initially used to determine your financial aid eligibility. Contact our office prior to making enrollment changes to determine how such changes may impact your financial aid.

Financial Aid Refunds

Financial Aid refunds are issued to students whose refundable aid is greater than the total amount due on their bill at that time. Financial Aid refunds are based on aid eligibility at the time the refund is issued. Should there be a change in your enrollment or other eligibility factors your award will be revised which may result in a balance due. Any refund issued to you that you may not be eligible to receive must be returned to the University.
