Operating Hours for Summer 2025
Academic buildings will typically be open one hour prior to the start of the first class and secured one hour after the last class of the day. Building hours will automatically be adjusted for any scheduled activity. Changes to the schedule may be necessary from time to time, and we will notify the PNW campus community. Updates will also be posted on the website when they arise.

Westville Campus summer hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- The Technology Building, Schwarz Hall, Library-Student-Faculty Building, and the Dworkin Student Services and Activities Center (DSAC) will be open during operating hours.
- Registration is open from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday in Schwarz 120.
- Bursar’s Office is open from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday in Schwarz 158.
- Testing Center is open Wednesdays and Thursdays 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. in Technology Building Room 265 by appointment.
- Library is open 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
- Westville – James B. Dworkin Student Services and Athletic Complex (DSAC)
- The Fitness Center in DSAC is open Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. – 12 p.m. The Fitness Center will be closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the summer.
- Human Resources is open from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday in DSAC 1069.
- Admissions and Financial Aid offices are open from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, in DSAC 1114 G.
- The Gallery Café will be closed for the summer, reopening on August 25.
- As a friendly reminder, The Gallery Cafe and The Great Hall Events and Conference Center remain the exclusive food service provider of the Westville Campus. Catering is still available and can be booked through Purdue University Northwest – Westville Campus Catering Event Request
