Operating Hours for Summer 2026
Facilities will secure buildings 30 minutes after the last scheduled class, activity or event. Access to buildings will be provided for scheduled classes or activities occurring outside posted hours, as needed.

Academic Buildings
Academic buildings will typically be open one hour prior to the start of the first class and secured one hour after the last class of the day. Adjustments to the schedule may be necessary from time to time but we will notify the PNW campus community when they arise.

James B. Dworkin Student Services and Athletic Complex (DSAC)
- Human Resources is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in DSAC 1069.
- Admissions and Financial Aid offices are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in DSAC 1114G.
- The Gallery Cafe will be closed for the summer.
- As a friendly reminder, The Gallery Cafe and The Great Hall Events and Conference Center remain the exclusive food provider of the Westville Campus. Catering is still available and can be book through the Catering Event Request Form.
- Events and facility rentals at The Great Hall Events and Conference Center will continue uninterrupted throughout the summer. To book this space, please visit the Event Request Form.
