White Lodging School for Hospitality and Tourism ManagementOur interdisciplinary degrees build a solid business foundation, covering all aspects of the hospitality industry, including food and beverage management, travel and tourism, gaming, recreation, private-club management, event and meeting management, conference planning–and much more.

We offer a wide variety of hands-on classes taught by professors with significant experience in the hospitality, tourism and fitness industries.

The White Lodging Hospitality and Tourism Management Center provides technology-rich computer labs and classrooms, a state-of-the-art beverage lab and kitchen spaces, and a professionally-equipped restaurant offering both front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house experiences.
