Contracts Offered
No matter when you decide to stay with us, we have a contract available for you!
The dates for the contracts listed below are noted in your housing application. Please be sure to review these dates to ensure you understand when you will have housing.
Academic Contract
Contract available in January
This contract provides housing for the full academic year, from August to May, including break periods—no need to move out. Housing is available from move-in day through the Saturday of finals week in May.
Spring Only Contract
Contract available in Late October
This spring-only housing contract runs from January to May, including break periods—no need to move out. Housing is available from move-in day through the Saturday of finals week.
Summer Contract
Contract available in April
The summer housing contract runs from May to August. Housing is available from move-in day through the Saturday of finals week in August. Contracts will be available in the housing application starting in April.
Current residents can extend their housing at a special rate. Look for the Summer Extension Form in January and check your PNW email or social media for updates.

The Application Process
Applying to live in University Village is quick and easy! Follow these four simple steps to secure your spot and enjoy the convenience, community and comfort of on-campus living.
Step 1: Fill out and submit the housing application.

Note: If you are 17 years old or younger, you will need to have parent/guardian approval to accompany your contract. Please include their email in your application so they can be sent the approval form. Your application will not be considered complete until their approval form is submitted.
Roomate Information
You will be able to find new roommates (or search for friends) in your application after you have signed the housing contract. It will also show you suggested students you are a best match with based on your Personal Housing Profile. Please be as honest as possible when completing your Personal Housing Profile as that is what we use to find your best roommate matches! If you aren’t truthful, you can end up with students you may not get along well with which can make living together uncomfortable.
The sooner you complete your housing application items, the better as that will give you the greatest amount of students to pick as a roommate. The later you apply for housing, the smaller the potential roommate pool becomes.
Step 2: Pay the one-time non-refundable, one-time* application fee of $20.00 will appear on your student account within 24 hours of submitting your housing application.

This can be paid online, by money order online or in the Bursar’s Office by check/cash.

*If you have already paid a Housing Application Fee in the past, you will NOT have to do so again. It will remain on file forever.
Step 3: Pay the refundable* housing deposit of $200 is required to live on campus.
This will NOT appear on your student account and must be paid separately.
This can be paid online, by money order online, or in the Bursar’s Office by check/cash.

*The housing deposit is refundable until the Housing Contract is signed by the student submitting the housing application. Submitting a completed Housing Contract and a $200 housing deposit does not guarantee a room assignment. Room assignments are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. A room assignment is reserved only upon execution of the application process requirements listed here. Housing costs are subject to change.
Step 4: A complete Immunization List must be submitted on the Med+Proctor website.
This step takes the longest for our students to complete, so the earlier you can start on gathering your immunizations, the better!
Please note: All immunizations must be uploaded to Med+Proctor. We will not accept paper copies of immunization records, DO NOT send them in the mail or via email.
