All residents are expected to read and follow the policies, rules and regulations of the University Village community to stay in good standing with their housing contract.

Student Conduct

Our goal is to develop living environments that promote learning opportunities, personal growth and personal development. To accomplish this, it is critical that individuals respect the rights of their fellow residents, including the right to:

  • sleep and study without undue interference
  • a comfortable level of personal privacy
  • a clean and welcoming living environment
  • freedom from harassment and intimidation
  • support from the residence staff

What to Bring

Not sure what to bring? Don’t worry, we got you covered! We hope the following lists will help you gather the most important items as well as save you some space by keeping certain things at home.

  • Sheets (twin extra-long)
  • Blanket (comforter) and pillows
  • Alarm clock

  • Ethernet cord (Wi-Fi is available but hook-up is faster)

  • Thumb Tacks or blue tape (for hanging things on the walls) – No Command Hooks!
