Locations and Hours

Purdue University Northwest has testing centers on both campuses to serve the testing needs of our students, faculty and community.

Our full-service, comfortable and secure labs offer an array of testing services. Whether you’re looking for an exam proctor or need to take a placement test, make-up test or credit by exam, we’re here to help!

Register for an exam

The newly renovated 98-seat Testing Center in the Student Union Library Building is a secure and comfortable lab, with lockers, camera surveillance and in-person proctoring. Exams can be scheduled during any open hours as well as on a block schedule.

Monday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This center offers placement testing for math, English and foreign language, CLEP and ACT Residual exams, departmental test-out exams, makeup exams for PNW students, proctored exams for PNW and non-PNW students and ServSafe exams, as well as academic exams for PNW students, primarily for the College of Nursing, but available to all PNW faculty/students.
