The professors are great! They go out of their way to make sure you’re understanding and learning the material. They’re also available to help you when you need it.

The PNW Design Studio is THE place for engineering students and Senior Design groups to study and collaborate, give presentations, brainstorm new engineering concepts, and is where our student teams build projects for national competitions.
Senior Design provides engineering students with supervised experience in the process and practice of engineering design. A spring ’21 team converted a truck into an electric vehicle, which is now owned by PNW!
The 2019 Steel Bridge Team advanced to the national finals for the first time in PNW history.
Student competition teams are a great opportunity to get to know fellow engineering students and put your skills to work. The PNW NASA Rover Team designs and builds two rovers each year for competition at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, Ala.
One of the PNW rover teams prepares for competition at the NASA Human Exploration Rover Challenge in 2019. Both PNW teams finished in the top 10.
